ANOTHER WATERS CASE. WELLINGTON, July 25. The Hon W. J. H. Larnach goes south this afternoon. The Hon P. Buckley is the only Minister now left in Wellington. The action by the Northern Land and Loan Company, to recover two suniß of jC3OO each from the City Advance Company, began in the Supreme Court this morning. This is another of the long series before the various Courts recently with which W. R. Waters is connected.
