The Irish Land Bill.
JLiONDON, Jult 22. In the House of Commons last night, the Right Hon A. J. Balfour, Chief Secretary for Ireland, announced that the Government had decided to amend the Irish Land Bill by admitting the revision of judicial rents and dropping the bankruptcy clause. Mr Parnell expressed satisfaction with the changes, as the Bill would thereby contribute largely to the alleviation of the troubles in Ireland. Report Discredited. The Emm Pasha Relief Committee discredit the report of the death of Stanley.
