BODY FOUND.

THE REPRESENTATION COMMITTEE. WELLINGTON. June 21

A body was found floating in the harbour last night, and has been identified as that of W. Hewitt, lately engaged in- selling watercresses.

It is not expected that the Representation Committee will complete their duties within the 30 days allotted them. The firßt mapping out ot the various electorates has been finished, and is now under revision.

DUNEDIN, Mat 21

The Hunt Club Races were poorly attended. The events were of no importance.

INVERCARGILL, June 21

A young man, the son of Mr W. A. Bews, late Town Engineer, was rather seriously hurt by a horse which bolted in one of the races and ran into the crowd of onlookers.
