« [Pub Pbbrh Association.] BLENHKIM, Apbil 27. The Supreme Court sessions opened today before Judge Richmond. There are throe criminal casts in the calendar, besides frur civil actions, two appeals from the Resident Magistrate's Court, and a muinber of bankruptcy applications. In charging the Grand Jury, the Judge referred to the case of perjury in the calendar, and expressed the opinion that the offence waß common in Courts of inferior iurißdi:fcion in the Colony. BLENHEIM, Apbil 27. The Grand Jury ignored the bill against a Bailor of the Helen Denny for attempted rape on a servant girl at a boarding-houso. Tho trial of Henry John Worthy lake for shooting at hia wife is now proceeding.
