FERNSIDE.
The annual meeting of householders of this district took place last evening. The attendance was not large. The usual report was of a satisfactory nature, and the out- going Committee, viz., Messrs W. Harrison (Chairman), T. S. Mannering, D. M'lntyre, Bailey, J. Smith, W. Arnott and O'Rorke, were heartily thanked for their past services, and re-elected for the ensuing year. The meeting then terminated.
