+, [Peb Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Maboh 12. A telegram hag been received stating that the Nelson Rowing Club has adopted the Star Club's definition of an amateur, and will 6end a delegate. The Club will also send a crew, if possible, to the regatta. The Star Cluli intend to row their match with the Union Club in a coxswainless boat.
