Each cake is enclosed in a neat, round box, lined with tinf oiL These cakes are manufactured in hundreds] by machinery, and are sent all over the Colony. The quality of this entire exhibit could hardly be surpassed ; and one of the important requisites, viewed commercially, is that, taking qualities into consideration, their goods do not exceed in prioe the English article. They are well worthy of a certificate of goid medal.
