A meeting of the Committee of the North Canterbury Bicycle Clnb waa held at the Junction Hotel, Rangiora, on Thursday night, Mr G. Mannering presiding. The track on the domain was reported to have been greatly benefited by the recent rains, and it was resolved to give it a coating of grit, to be obtained from Kaiapoi. "When •
