NAPIEB, June 12. A stable and a four-roomed cottage at Port Ahuriri were destroyed by fire at 3 a.m. When the fire was discovered, the - stable wa3 completely wrapped in flames, and it was impossible to get out two horses, ■which perished. The people in the cottage •escaped in their night clothes. The Btable wa3 uninsured. The cottage is insured for in the Standard. ■
