TO THOSE DESIROUS OF BECOMING ELECTOBS. ABD TO THE GENEBAL PUBLIC. WITH tho certainty of the early construction of the West Coast Baiiway, we may fairly anticipate a considerable rise in the value of property in the Borough of Sydenham. The judicious expenditure of the £25,000 Loan in asphalt paths and concrete channelling, must make it a thoroughly healthy place of residence. With its railway connection, and the faot that Property has yet to make an enormous riso in value before it reaches the price asked for City Property, no better situate, there con be but little doubt that investments made in Sydenham must prove very remunerative. . ... I have, therefore great pleasure in drawing your attention to the Sections recently surveyed, and now offered for SALE by me on behalf of the Owner. They are situate on Gordon, Cadogan, Burlington, and Albemarle streets, exactly opposite the Show Grounds, and in the very hewt of the Borough, oloae to the Publio School, Churches of various denominations, the Telegraph and Postoffice, and within a few yards of the trams. They have frontages from 33ft to over 160 ft, and vary in price from £40 to _SO. There are some splendid coiners which must become good BUSINESS SITES. My instructions are to sell on a deposit of £10, for the smaller sections, and a -similar rate for the larger ones, with interest at 7 per cent for three years, purchaser having the option to pay off at any time, or all the money can be paid, and Land Transfer title had at once. As I have already disposed of 25 Sections, intending buyers are requested to moke early application, as these are undoubtedly the best investment vow in the Market. Call and see Plan. ___• Ij# JDOWKEE, ESTAT- AOE-T, MAEKHT PLACE.
