Beef may ¥e quoted at from 16s to 18b per 1001b. Owing to the imall number of store cattle on offer, very littla business was transacted, and prices ore withcwt alteration. Dairy cowi in milk meet with very little enquiry, except for really irst class unjntfria, <• Springers " still sell readily at goo* pricej. Pi«B.— There was again a fall market of pigs. Biddings were fairlv brisk, and late valuas were well maintained. Bacon pigs sold at from 85s t* SSs6d, and porkers at from 18s to 30s. There is •ut little enqniry for stores, and prices are low.
