Later. THE VESSEL TOWED OFF.

The Union Steamship Company have received a telegram from Gisborne, stating that the vessel had been towed off, and was juat going into the bay. The following is a copy of an official telegram from Gisborne, received by tht Union Company: — " Taupo ran aground 12.80 this morning, juat inside the islands. Floated at eleven. Bottom apparently little damaged. Three blades off. Vessel proceeded immediately to Napier with one blade. Purpose bracking. "Signed), D. Dough-hstt." Gibbobnb, April 28.
