THE PREMIER ON EMIGRATION. pUNBDDT, Mabot 29. The Refrigerating Company are advised that the Elderalie arrived with her meat cargo in good condition ; but owing to heavy stocks in tho markets pricoß are easier. (50,000 carcases arrived at the same time. Pricee are not likely to improve for some time. In reply to a deputation from the amalgamated carpenters, Mr Stout said Government would on no account encourage the emigration of artisans, m cabled ; only tt farmers with means.
