All arrangements are now completed for the contest on Wednesday. Mr M. J. Kilgour will act as referee. Porsons wishing to see the race must be punctual to time, as the start will be given at 6.15, on the top of high water. The visitors went over several of the local industries yesterday, and took a couple of gentle spins over tho course. *
