The Work of the Hallway League.

TO THB EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sin, — It is a great pity and even a great mistake that tho Eailway Lt ague does not take more active measures to urge every person to put hiß name on the eleotoral rolls. The time iB approaching when the people of the Colony will have to elect representatives, and it entirely depends on the people themselves whether they are governed for another period by tho landowners and monopolists, or by true liberal representatives. Every uian who can claim to be placed on the roll should avail himself of hia right and register his claim. Why do not the League appoint places in all centres of population, where the people could readily register their claims to vote ? — I am, &c, FRANK GUINNESS.
