Thib Day. (Before Caleb Whitefoord, Esq., R.M, A. H. Cunningham and H. Blackett, Esqs.) Civil Cases. — Blackett and Son v. Thomas Richards, claim £8 19s Id. Judgment was given by default for the amount claimed, to be paid at the rate of 10s per week . J. Bishop v. Robert Scales, claim 93, for an augur lent. Mr Gresson for defendant. Plaintiff and his wife stated that the auger was borrowed by defendant about November, 1884, and never returned. Defendant, on the other hand, declared that he rcj j turned the tool. Judgment was given , for defendant, with 7s, cost 3 of one j witness. |
