♦ (Per b.s. Arawata, via Auckland.) [Tkh Pbkbs Association.] AUCKLAND, Fbb. 28; H.M.S. Opal arrived at Suva from Samoa, on Feb. 12, and reports that there iB still a strong feeling between the English and i Americans on the one hand, and the Germans on the other. King Malietoa visited the Opal, and, on leaving, was salutod with; twenty-one guns. This ib significant, as. the Opal iB not a saluting ship, and tho Germans are said to have been angry at it. The Opal is to proceed from Suva te> Sydney.
