DUNEDIN, Dec. 15. At Edinburgh University New Zealand students can evidently hold their own. Mr L. Barnett, of Wellington, and Mr Somerville, have both passed their first professional examinations, the former gaining two medals. Mr Cattan also passed his first professional examination, besides carrying off t.vo medals. A son of Mr A. J. Burns haß also Becured honours.
