[Ebtjter's Telegrams,] SYDNEY, July 11. The sculling match between Harrington and Nelson took place to-day, and resulted in an easy victory for Harrington. A procession, numbering fully 5000, proceeded to Government House today, and presented a petition to his Excellency, signed by over 20,000 persona, prayiug for the commutation of the capital sentence passed upon the prisoner Frank Johns, condemned to death for the murder of a fellowprisoner in Parramatta Gaol.
