' The Brackenfield Hounds met at Mr Q. (/oleman's on Saturday last. There was a splendid attendance of horsemen, and a few ladies. A capital day's sport was enjoyed by those present, including some 40 followerrs. The party having been entertained with Mr G. Coleman's usual hospitality, they resumed sport, and, after a run of some five miles, puss was eventually overtaken and killed. Passing through Mr Innes' property, the party were again regaled, and a pleasant day's sport waa brought to a finish. Amongst the mounts may be mentioned the Master (Mr Sfcarky) on a young colt, Mr R. Parsons (the whip- . per-in) on Sir Peter, Mr A. Kennedy oni The Clansman, Mr Binnie on Blue Gum, and Mr R. Moffatt on Maggie.
