♦ [Per Pbess Association.] WELLINGTON, Mat 18. Tho following Telephone Exchange rates are to come into force on and after July 1, 1885 :— First hundred subscribers to any new exchange, first year £9, second year and subsequently £8; every now subscriber after the first hundred £10 ; £8 for every second connection or more the first, and subsequent year £7. The above rates are for connections within half a mile of the telegraph-office j for every additional quarter of a mile, or portion, first year £1, second and subsequent years 15s.
