This Day. (Before CLWhitefoord, Esq., R.M., A. Ivor^md H. Blackett, Esqs.) TJnbeqistebed Dog. — Patrick Connell was fined £1 and costs for having an unregistered dog in his possession. Civil Cases. —P. M'Mahon v. F. Mitchf 11, claim .£l4 10s 9d ; Mr Corr for plaintiff, Mr Helmore for defendant ; Betoff of £7 0s lOd filed and £6 19s 2d paid into Court. Judgment given for defendant, each party to pay their own costs. — E. E. Good v. D. Marks, claim £6 18a. Mr Corr for defendant. * Order made that the defendant pay the debt and costs at the rate of 10s per month, and failing any payment, the whole amount then due to be paid forthwith, or in default 14 days' imprisonment.
