Transactions have been limited, whilathe prospect of any improvement, or on expansion of business, until after the Christmas and Herr YearhoEdays, 13 not anticipated. Wkeat.— Prices for milling- remain undisturbed, and quotations can only he repeated— 3s to 3a 3d for sound, 2s to 23 6d inferior. Chick lots are saleable at la pd to Is 7d. T)at3. — The market is without change, and does not show a nrmei feeling. Feed, 2s 6d to 2s 7d. Discoloured have been token at 2s sd. Milling quality nominally 2a 8d to 2s 9d. Baelet. — There has been little bu&i&ess in any grade, prices for all kinds stand at last week's quotations. Flou2 is quoted at £3 to £9, according to brand. G2A3S BE2D. — The crop of ryegnss will be large this year, the arei under cultivation being con^ ai JeraLle. If the fine weather only holds for the gathering in, the quality should be much superior to last year*3. The cocksfoot crop also looks well, aad should be an abundant one. Prices for this seed ictha London market nave not been so good lately, and the seed brokers report that a quantity of last season's 33 still unsold.
