SUPREME COURT.
GISBORNE, Dec. 8. The Supreme Court sitting opened today. Tricker alias Marshall got two years for bigamy, and Tutu, a Native, four yeara for forgery. No bill was returned in the case of an old woman, for attempting suicide. The judge made some strong remarks on the futility of preferring these charges.
