This Day. I (Before C. Whitcfoord, Esq., R.M., and Montague H. Smith, Esq.) Breach op Weights and Measures Act. — J. Davis, J. Wiuterbourne, M. Taylor, J. Young (two charges), R. Pickering, and G. H. Blackwell were charged with the above offence. After the cases had been heard the Bench decided to give judgment a fortnight hence. Civil Cases.— J. Ayers v. Geo. Rand, claim £2 4s 6d. The case was dismissed, the wrong man having been served with the summons
