The following is the latest betting on the CAULPIELD COP. 4 to 1 agst Coulston 12 — 1 Fryingpan 20 — 1 Martini-Henri V.R.C. DERBY. 8 to 1 agst Rufus LONDON, Oct. 13. The cargoes of New Zealand mutton, ex Northumberland and Tongaririo, have been landed in good condition, realising current rates. The English Government have agreed to the proposal of the German Government that the conference of delegates of the powers interested should be held at Berlin next month, to consider the best means of securing freedom of commerce on the Congo and Niger rivers.
