Our Cashel street contemporary "hedges" this morning, and with the case which comes of practice. The new Ministry, it appears, may after all be tolerated by the Opposition— which, by the way, will come to be known as the Oppos ition of conflicting emotions— because of the " concessions " which the Ministry will make to tho Opposition. This is a very pretty way of anticipating a policy ■which may be expected to prove worthy of • the name, and of endeavouring to claim in j advance for the Opposition a share in the making of that policy.
