Mails close for the following places as under (subject to the necessary alterations) :— Tuesday, June 10. For Northern Ports, per Wanaka, at 7 p.m. The guard's vau must not be used for this mail. Wednesday, June 11. For United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, viil Brindisi (specially addressed correspondence only), for France, Algeria,' Mauritius, Capo of Good Hope, Madagascar, &c, &c, specially addressed " per French packet " only, and Australian Colonies, per express, to connect with s.s. Waihora, at 7.30 a.m. For Northern Ports, per Stormbird, at 1.45 p.m. ; late fee letters at 2 p.m.; guard's van, 2.40 p.m. -train. For Napier direct, per Omapere, at 1.45 p.m. ; late fee letters, at 2 p.m. ; guard's van, 2.40 p.m. For Otago, per Hauroto, at 1.45 p.m. ; late fee letters, at 2 p.m. ; guard's ran, 2.40 p.m. tram.
