PETITION FOR DIVORCE. WELLINGTON, June 10. Jones, a baker, of Symonds street, was killed to-day by a cart running over him. A Bill has been drafted to remove the control of Onehunga Harbour from the Government to a Board. A telegram received by the local agent states that the s.s. Australia left San Francisco on time-table date. She will be due here on June 28. In the Divorce Court, a petition has been filed in the case of Craig v. Craig. The petitioner, who is a gardener residing in the Hutt district, seeks a dissolution of marriage on the ground of his wife's unfaithfulness.
