[Pbb Pbbss Association.] NELSON, Nov. 27. A meeting of shareholders in the Ohampion Oopper Oompany was held to-day, when it was unanimously resolved to wind up the present Company end form a new one with a oapital of £60,000. Of this amount shareholders in the old Oompany subsoribe for £20,000 aa againat the purchase of tha property for that aum. Already over 30,000 sharea have been applied for. MOA CBEEK GOLDMINING COMPANT. Beports of a very promising dosoription have been reoeived fromjthe party of miners sent out prospeoting by the above Oompany, and on Mondaj laat a rich gold-bearing apeeimen of quartz obtained from a reef discovered was reoeived by the Direotora at Bangiora. Two of the Direotors returned from a viait to the mines last night, Bnd within a day or two the nature and extent of the reef will jbe made more fully known.
