The four offioial assignees under the Bankruptcy Act, along with the district over which they preside, are gazetted as follows :— John Lawson, Northern ; Charles Christie Graham, Wellington and Nelson ; Edward Cirouit Latter, Canterbury and Westland ; James Ashoroff, Otago and Southland. The appointment: of Mr 0. T. O'Connor as Under-Secretary of Public Works, is also gazetted. ...-••—- m**, ._ Mr 0. Howard i* appointed Beceiver of Land Bevenue, Southland. The commission of sub-Lieutenant Lyons, of the Dunedin Navala. has been cancelled.
