[Rbutbb's Telegrams. [Received Nov. 93, at 11.45 a.m.] LONDON, Nov. 21. Consols remain at 101-J. > The New Zealand securities are unchanged. The market rate of discount has fallen to 2 per oent, and is now 1 per cent below the bank rate. Colonial breadstnffs continue steady at last qnotations, viz.: — Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, 46s 6d; New Zealand ditto, 88s 6d to 44a 6d. Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 32b. Australian tallow remains dull — best beef, 38s 6d ; best mutton, 395. At'the wool sale to-day 10,000 bales were oatalogued. The tone of the auction was firm, and there was a good demand for Australian crosa-breds. The homeward mails via Brindisi, which left Melbourne on Oct. 11, were delivered in London today.
