Acoounts to hand from tho hop districts are somewhat unsatisfaotory, the crops having suffered considerable damage from recent heavy gales.

VIENNA, Sept. 9.

According to the latest reports from the Southern Provinces the disaffected feeling of the Slav inhabitants has not diminished in any degree Bince the reinforcement of troops was effected. Disloyalty to Government is openly expressed, and rioting has occurred at several places in Croatia. At Agram, the capital of the Province, encounters have taken place between tho military and bands of peasants, who fought with determination, Beveral lives being lost, and a large number of pers^m severely injured.
