Thh dibobbditabib bobnh in the House on Saturday last over the Otago Harbour Board .Bill, is unfortunately neither unusual nor unexpected. When anything particularly interests the Otago members, andproduoesa diversity of opinion among those amiable men, we quite expeot them to express themselves in the coarsest and most vulgar lan. guagos that the rulei— the rather elastio rules —of the House will permit. Is it not possible to find some gentlemen to represent Otago P Oannot somebody be found of decent education, and of the ordinary manners of oivilised society, who will oome forward and supersede thess people t Happily when things oome to the worst they muet mend, and it really would be almost impossible to have anything worse than some of the members of our present House of Bepresentatives.
