Dbtjnkbnness. — Thomas Pardoe, who " believed he was drunk, more's the pity," wag fined £3 or 96 hours' imprisonment in default; this offence being his fourth thia year. Casks Withdbattk. — Referring to the adjourned case against A. M. Davidson oharged with having no lawful visible means ef support, Inspector Fender said that he believed the aocused had availed himself of the opportunity given him, and had left the town.— A man who had been found on the premises of Mr R. W. Walters without lawful excuse, last night, had been arrested and subsequently taken to the Hospital. Under these oiroumstanceß, the oharge was withdrawn.
