At Qishorne, yesterday, a boy aged 16 months, eon of Mr Duncan Hepburn, a candidate for the Borough Council, was loft yesterday for fire minutes by his mother, who had boon nursing him, and made his way into the garden, (ha Bate of which was accidentally left open. He was afterwords found drowned in a drain containing about six inches of water.
