SUPREME COURT.

Tuesday, July 4. (Before the Registrar.) IN BANKRUPTCY.

fie' eetate of William Harris.— Mr Joyce again applied for an order direoting the creditor's trustee herein to pay to John Wheeler the amount of dividend due to him. He read an affidavit in support of the application, denying the statements made on the other side by the trustee.

Mr Spackman BBked that the application mightstand over till next Friday, as he could bring independent evidence to nhow that the affidavit just' read was untrue.

Mr Joyce objected to any postponement. The Begistrar said the Court; sitting in Bankruptcy was not a Court to try disputed accounts. There was no doubt that a dividend was due j . no written authority to receive it had been given. An order must be made that the trustees pay over the amount of the dividend, less the costs of the laßt adjournment.

Mr Spackman gavo notice that he would apply for the order to be set aside.

Re James Julian. —Mr Joyce, for Mr Loughrey, applied for an order for the debtor's discharge.. Granted.

Re Charles James Bussell.— Mr Joyce, for Mr Loughrey, obtained an order herein declaring the deed completely executed.
