In his evidence, ho -says ho does not know how the injury occurred. _ho two men had boen drinking, und during a row in tho etroot ho found ho li.d been slabbed, but did not know whether it was dono intentionally or by acoident. Moynihnn was tt»rrested, and haß boen remanded for seven dnye.
