A horrible agrarian outrage is reported to have been perpetrated in Ireland. A farmer waß roasted alive for paying his rent. Extensive military preparations ri-o beingcarried on in Austria to copo with theinsurgent rising in Boenia, Dalmutia and Herzegovina. An array of 65j000 men -will be placed in the field for active service. Considerable ill-feeling has been displayed of k<o by the Egyptian nativeß against the foreign inhabitants of the country, owisg to the influence exercised by European powers over the affairs of Egypt. The ill-feeling of the natives at Tantab, situated on the Damietta branch of the Nile, culminated in a rising against the Europeans of the town,, which, however, was soon suppressed by the authorities. Fbb. 1. An examination of the accounts of the Union General Bank in Parin, which has BOfrpended payment, disclosed the existence of a deficit amounting to 96;000,000 franca.
