SYDNEY, Nov. 30. The Milburn Creek Affair. In the Legislative Assembly last night, the Hon Sir Henry Parkes, Premier, referring to the steps which had been adopted by the Government in dealing with the Milburn Creek Copper Mine Company, stated that with the exception of Sir John Robertson, who resigned Mb portfolio on the 10th instant, members of the Cabinet had throughout been of unanimous opinion as to the action which should be taken in tho matter.
