HOBART, Nov. 28.
Hundreds of people yesterday visited the scene of tho fire, which has been raging iv the vicinity of tho Snug river Bince the extraordinary disturbance which occurred on Thursday last. The accounts which come to hand are of the most contradictory nature. The Mercury to-day expresses a belief that the fire is caused by the burning of peatmoss.
