Tho Premier had been speaking of Te Whiti ; of the "solemn warning" given to bim by the Government ; of how be Btill " resisted," and then be passed on to consider the liberal offers made to him — Te Whiti — whioh were stated to comprehend 260,000 acres — that being all the reserves of every description in Taranaki — of the value of about one million of money.
