LONDON, Sept. 3. Quotations. Conßols remain at 99. New Zealand securities are unchanged. The breadstuffs market to-day shows no change in the prices for Adelaide and New Zealand wheat or flour. Wool Sales. At the wool sales to-day 9300 bales were offered, making a total o£ 101,700 bales catalogued since the opening of the Beries. A good demand was experienced for the various lots offered. The Doterel Explosion. The final report of the Commission of Enquiry into the Doterel explosion acquits all ou board of complicity, and
states that the primary cause of the disaster was an explosion in the bunker b,
WASHINGTON, Sept. 3. President Garfield Recovering. The President's condition having materially improved, his physicians are now considering the possibility of removing him to his home in Ohio, and thus give him the benefit of a change of air.
