[BeUTER'S TELEGRAMS.] MELBOUBNE, Dec. 15. In the Legislative Assembly, Mr Yale, the Attorney- General, has abandoned his Judicature Bill, which, therefore, lies in abeyance for the present. Arrived — P. and O. Company's steamer Siam, with inward Suez mails, dated London, Nov. 5. SYDNEY, Dec. 15. Parliament was opened by Commission at noon to-day. Proceedings were of a formal character, and without interest. The Governor's speech will be delivered to-morrow.
