Sporting. H. N. ABBOTTS DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES ON THE AUCKLAND RACING CLUB SUMMER MEETING. 3000 SUBSCRIBERS AT £1 EACH. HPHE plan iB as follows :— All the horses in K. races of the meeting that are or shall be nominated on the day of general entry will be thoroughly mixed together and be drawn for by the shareholders. There are twelve different races, and large prizes will bo given to the first, second, and third in each race, this will give 36 Chief Prizes from £200 to £20 each, leaving good Bums to be divided among starters and non-starters in each race. The total number of horses entered may be put down at 200 ; therefore, as each horse will get a prizo there will be about 200 PRIZES FOR DISTRIBUTION.
