Tnis Day. (Before G. L. Hellish, Esq., E.M., and E. Westenra, Esq.) Drunk and Disorderly.— John William Eountreo was fined 10s for being drunk and disorderly whilst in charge of a horse and cart. Shooting AviTii Intent.— Henry Davenport, Kobert Shand and Charles Vero Hodce were charged with shooting with intent to do grievous bodily harm. Inspector O'Donnell conducted the case for tho police, and applied for a remand until after the inquesi;. MiBruges, who appeared for tho accused, concurred, and the case was remanded to Monday, Oct. 25. Stealing from the Person. — Thomas Burns was charged with stealing £1 from the person of Robert Fullerton. Inspector O'Donnell applied for a remand to Monday next, which was granted.
