LONDON, Oct. 11 A Rumour Only,

A rumour is current here to-day, to the effect thafc the Sultan of Turkey has decided to meefc the demands of the Great Powers, and has resolved, at last, to surrender Dulcigno unconditionally to Montenegro. Bloody Work. Further news has been received from, Teheran regarding the rising in Kurdistan. The rebels are now, in addition to pillaging the towns, massacreingthe inhabitants, and Hischmet Khan is collecting a large force of Persian troops to proceed against them. A Meeting Delayed. The Cabinet Council which was summoned for to-day has been postponed, owing to news received at the Foreign Office that the Sultan was inclined to yield to the demands of the Great Powers in regard to Dulcigno. Crush Their Commeroe. It is now known that the proposal which has been made by the British Government to the Continental Powers for the coercion of the Porte is that the combined squadron should enter the Gulf of Symrna, and there place an embargo upon all Turkish commerce. Austria and Germany hesitate to accept this proposal.

ATHENS, Oct. 11. Soldiers of Honour.

Owing to the possibility of hostilities between Greece and Turkey over the settlement of the frontier question, numbers of volunteers are arriving here from other countries, and offering themselves for service with the Greek army.
