At the Supremo Court, in Chambers, thf * afternoon, the Chief Justice made an order compelling the Inspector of Police to hand aver to the New Zealand creditors all the property taken from one Gleioh at the time of his arrest for fraudulent bankruptcy at v ' Adelaide. The order was made in consequence of the Appeal Court having decided that the New Zealand creditors had prefer- . , ence over Adelaide creditors, through Gleich . mating changod his domicile by visiting Ne*; Zealand.
