Sin, — Wo notice a local in abovo paper and also in Times to the effect' that on evening paper is being started under the auspices of Messrs Draper, Allan, Richardson, and C. W. Turner. Wo believe that tho mattor has been undor discussion, but, so far as wo understand; neither Messrs Turner nor Richardson have anything to do with the undertaking.
