TIMARU SUPREME COURT.
The special jury civ'l sessions of the Supreme Court wall be commenced in Timaru to-day. The firet case on the lists is Franks v. the Temuta Eoad Board, an action for damage through alleged pollution of water usod for bresving purposes, by the Board draining Temuka sewage into it. Six of tho special jurors went out on Saturday in charge of the Sheriff to view the scene of thc action.
